789e Privacy Policy

789e is the personal information controller (PIC) as defined under the Philippine Data Privacy Act with respect to all personal data collected through the 789e platform. As PIC, 789e determines the purposes and means by which personal data is processed.

789e operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Data processing activities are conducted in accordance with both PAGCOR's regulatory requirements and the Philippine DPA.

For all data privacy inquiries, data subject rights requests, and complaints, you may contact 789e's designated Data Protection Officer (DPO) using the contact details set out in Section 13 of this Policy.

789e collects the following categories of personal data from players and platform visitors. Collection is limited to what is necessary for the purposes described in Section 4:

789e collects personal data through the following channels and mechanisms:

• Account Registration: Personal and contact details provided directly by you during the 789e account registration process;
• KYC Verification: Identity documents and verification data submitted in response to 789e's Know Your Customer verification requests;
• Payment Transactions: Financial data provided when making deposits or requesting withdrawals via GCash, Maya, or Philippine banking channels. Payment processors may also share transaction confirmation data with 789e;
• Platform Use: Gaming activity, session data, and account interactions are automatically recorded as you use the 789e platform;
• Technical Collection: IP addresses, device identifiers, and browser data are collected automatically by 789e's servers and security systems when you access the platform;
• Cookies and Tracking Technologies: As described in Section 6 of this Policy;
• Support Interactions: Data you voluntarily provide when contacting 789e support via live chat or email;
• Third-Party Sources: In limited circumstances, 789e may receive data from fraud prevention agencies, identity verification service providers, or PAGCOR in connection with regulatory compliance obligations.

789e processes your personal data for the following purposes, each underpinned by a lawful basis under the Philippine Data Privacy Act:

789e does not sell, rent, or otherwise commercially disclose your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. However, in the course of operating the platform and fulfilling legal obligations, 789e shares personal data with the following categories of recipients:

• Payment Service Providers: GCash (G-Xchange Inc.), Maya/PayMaya (PayMaya Philippines Inc.), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other Philippine payment processors receive financial data necessary to process your deposit and withdrawal transactions. These providers have their own privacy policies and are subject to Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) regulations;
• Identity Verification Providers: Third-party KYC service providers that assist 789e in verifying the identity and age of Players as required by PAGCOR and Philippine AML regulations;
• PAGCOR: 789e is required to report certain player activity data to PAGCOR as part of its licensing obligations. This may include transaction data, account data, and responsible gaming intervention records;
• Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC): 789e is required under RA 9160 (as amended) to file Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) and Covered Transaction Reports (CTRs) with the AMLC where transaction thresholds or suspicious activity triggers are met;
• Law Enforcement and Regulators: 789e will disclose personal data to Philippine government agencies, courts, or law enforcement bodies where required by law, court order, or other binding legal process;
• Fraud Prevention Networks: 789e may share limited account or transaction data with industry fraud prevention services to identify and block fraudulent activity across the online gaming sector;
• Technology Service Providers: Cloud hosting providers, cybersecurity vendors, and other technology subcontractors who process data on 789e's behalf under data processing agreements that impose obligations equivalent to those required by the Philippine DPA.

789e uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the platform for the following purposes:

You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in to your 789e account. 789e does not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking networks.

789e implements the following technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, destruction, or alteration:

• Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your device and 789e servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. HTTPS is enforced across the entire platform;
• Encryption at Rest: Sensitive personal data stored in 789e's databases is encrypted at the storage level using AES-256 encryption;
• Password Security: Account passwords are stored as salted bcrypt hashes. 789e cannot retrieve or read your password — only reset it;
• Access Controls: 789e employee access to personal data is strictly limited to personnel who require it for their role, governed by role-based access control policies and documented access logs;
• Two-Factor Authentication: 789e supports and encourages 2FA for all player accounts, providing an additional authentication layer beyond passwords;
• Security Monitoring: 789e operates 24/7 security monitoring systems to detect anomalous access patterns, brute-force attempts, and other potential security incidents;
• Subcontractor Security: All third-party subcontractors with access to 789e player data are contractually required to maintain security standards equivalent to those maintained by 789e itself;
• Breach Response: In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in risk to affected individuals, 789e will notify the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected Players without undue delay as required by the Philippine DPA.

789e retains personal data for defined periods as follows:

• Active Account Data: Personal data associated with an active 789e account is retained for the duration of your account and for a period of five (5) years following account closure, as required by PAGCOR anti-money laundering record-keeping obligations;
• Transaction Records: Financial transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (RA 9160 as amended) and Bureau of Internal Revenue requirements;
• KYC Documents: Identity verification documents are retained for five (5) years from the date of verification or from the date of account closure, whichever is later;
• Gaming Activity Records: Bet history, session records, and gaming outcome data are retained for three (3) years from the date of activity for operational and dispute resolution purposes, and for the applicable statutory period for AML reporting purposes;
• Support Communications: Live chat transcripts and email communications with 789e support are retained for two (2) years from the date of the interaction;
• Technical and Log Data: Server logs, IP address logs, and access records are retained for ninety (90) days for security and fraud detection purposes, and for longer periods where relevant to an ongoing investigation or legal proceeding.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely destroyed or permanently anonymized in accordance with 789e's data destruction procedures.

Under Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), you have the following rights in relation to your personal data held by 789e. To exercise any of these rights, contact 789e's Data Protection Officer using the details in Section 13:

1. Right to Be Informed: The right to be notified of the fact that your personal data is being collected and processed, the purposes of processing, and all information material to your ability to make an informed decision about providing your data — addressed by this Privacy Policy;
2. Right of Access: The right to obtain confirmation of whether 789e holds personal data about you and, if so, to access a copy of that data and information about how it is processed. 789e will respond to access requests within 30 calendar days;
3. Right to Correction: The right to request that inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated personal data be corrected. You may also update certain personal data directly through your 789e account settings;
4. Right to Erasure: The right to request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, where you have withdrawn consent (for consent-based processing), or where the data has been unlawfully processed. This right is subject to 789e's legal retention obligations under PAGCOR and AML regulations;
5. Right to Object: The right to object to processing of your personal data based on legitimate interests, including the right to opt out of marketing communications at any time;
6. Right to Data Portability: The right to receive a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format for transfer to another controller, to the extent technically feasible;
7. Right to Damages: The right to be indemnified for any damages sustained as a result of inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false, or unlawfully obtained personal data, in accordance with Section 16 of the Philippine DPA;
8. Right to File a Complaint: The right to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines if you believe your data privacy rights have been violated by 789e.

789e does not knowingly collect or process personal data from individuals under 21 years of age. The 789e platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above, per PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.

Age verification is conducted as part of the account registration and KYC process. Accounts belonging to individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended upon discovery, and any remaining balance will be processed in accordance with 789e's account closure procedures and applicable Philippine law.

789e's primary data processing infrastructure is located in the Philippines or in data centers serving the Philippine region. In some operational circumstances, personal data may be processed by subcontractors or technology providers whose servers are located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud infrastructure providers or fraud detection services with global operations.

Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, 789e ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data, including:

• Transferring data only to countries or organizations that provide an adequate level of protection as determined by the National Privacy Commission;
• Entering into data processing agreements that include binding contractual clauses requiring the recipient to apply data protection standards equivalent to those required by the Philippine DPA; and
• Conducting due diligence on the security practices of any international subcontractors prior to engaging them.

789e does not transfer personal data to recipients in jurisdictions that 789e's risk assessment identifies as presenting material data protection risks without implementing the safeguards described above.

789e reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in law, changes in our data processing practices, or changes in PAGCOR's regulatory requirements. The following applies to any amendments:

• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision;
• Material changes to this Policy — changes that significantly affect your rights or the scope of data processing — will be communicated to registered Players via email and/or a platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Policy takes effect;
• Minor or administrative changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Policy) may be made without prior notice;
• Your continued use of the 789e platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acknowledgment of and agreement to the revised Privacy Policy. If you do not accept the revised Policy, you may close your 789e account by contacting support.

789e recommends reviewing this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed of how your personal data is being handled.

If you are not satisfied with 789e's response to your privacy concern, you have the right to file a complaint directly with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines at privacy.gov.ph. The NPC is the government body responsible for administering and enforcing the Philippine Data Privacy Act.
