789e Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing or using the 789e platform in any manner, including but not limited to registering an account, depositing funds, placing wagers, claiming promotional offers, or using any feature of the platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their current form;
• You have read and agree to the 789e Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference;
• You have read and agree to the 789e Responsible Gaming policy;
• All information you provide to 789e is accurate, complete, and up to date;
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.

Use of the 789e platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is a strict minimum mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. 789e enforces mandatory age verification and reserves the right to request valid government-issued identification at any time.
2. Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gaming platforms is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering an account.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. Individuals under legal disability, guardianship, or who are otherwise legally incapable of entering into contracts are not eligible to register.
4. Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, third-party exclusion order, or PAGCOR-mandated gaming exclusion at the time of registration or continued use.
5. One Account: You must not already hold an existing active or suspended 789e account. Only one account per person, household, device, or IP address is permitted.

To access real-money gaming features on 789e, you must complete the account registration process. The following conditions apply:

• You must provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number registered to you, and a valid email address.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the period specified by 789e may result in withdrawal restrictions, account suspension, or account closure. 789e shall not be liable for any losses arising from the Player's failure to complete KYC verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 789e account credentials. Specifically:

• You must not share your username, password, or one-time passwords (OTP) with any other person under any circumstances. 789e staff will never ask for your password.
• You must notify 789e immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility until 789e receives and processes a report of unauthorized access.
• You must ensure that you properly log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when accessing 789e from shared or public devices.
• 789e strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to provide an additional layer of security.

789e implements industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, login anomaly detection, and automated lockout policies. However, no security system is infallible. 789e is not liable for losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.

The following conditions govern deposits made to your 789e account:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso (PHP) 100, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another player, or allowing another person to deposit funds into your account, is strictly prohibited.
• Accepted Methods: 789e accepts deposits via GCash, Maya/PayMaya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Available methods may change without prior notice.
• Processing Times: GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your 789e account within 60 seconds. Bank transfer methods via InstaPay and PesoNet may take between 5 and 60 minutes depending on your bank's processing times.
• Currency: All balances on 789e are maintained in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made in foreign currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing rate, and any associated conversion fees are borne by the Player.
• No Credit: 789e does not offer credit facilities. All gaming activity must be funded from your existing account balance.

The following conditions govern the withdrawal of funds from your 789e account:

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200 per transaction, unless otherwise specified.
• KYC Required: Withdrawals above PHP 5,000 cumulative or single-transaction amounts as defined by PAGCOR thresholds require completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will be held pending verification.
• Same Method Policy: Withdrawals must, where technically feasible, be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is an anti-money laundering requirement.

• Wagering Requirements: Withdrawals may be subject to Bonus wagering requirements if Bonus Funds are active in your account. Attempting to withdraw without meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus amount and any associated winnings.
• Right to Withhold: 789e reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation for suspected fraud, money laundering, or Terms violation. Any such withholding will be communicated to the Player in writing.

789e may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. The following general terms apply to all 789e promotions unless a specific promotion's dedicated terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable), and expiry period for each offer will be stated in the promotion's dedicated terms page.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Example: a PHP 500 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires PHP 15,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal.
• 789e reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through the use of multiple accounts, different devices, or different payment methods — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture and possible account suspension.
• Bonuses are for entertainment purposes and do not constitute a financial guarantee of winnings.

All games available on the 789e platform are governed by individual game rules made available within the game interface. The following general principles apply:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or the financing of illegal activities;
• Opening multiple accounts (multi-accounting) in your name or in the name of other persons;
• Using third-party software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in multiplayer poker or other player-vs-player formats;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to generate winnings that would not be achievable under normal circumstances. Any winnings derived from exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void and will not be paid out;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity through the 789e payment system;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to 789e or its payment processing partners at any stage of account registration, KYC, or support interactions;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward 789e staff or other Platform users via live chat, email, or any other channel.

789e is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among its Philippine player base. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that take effect immediately upon setting and cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours;
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds per defined period to help players manage their spending;
• Session Time Limits: Maximum session duration controls with automatic logout upon reaching the set limit;
• Reality Check Reminders: Periodic on-screen notifications showing session duration and current net gaming result;

All content on the 789e platform, including but not limited to the 789e brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, trademarks, service marks, and other proprietary materials ("789e Content"), is owned by or licensed to 789e and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 789e platform solely for personal gaming entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any 789e Content;
• Modify, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile any 789e software or platform components;
• Use 789e's brand name, logos, or trademarks in any manner that could suggest association, sponsorship, or endorsement without prior written consent;
• Screen-scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract data from the 789e platform using automated means.

Any use of 789e Content beyond the scope of this limited license is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute infringement under applicable intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 789e, its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, winnings, data, or business opportunities, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use or inability to use the 789e platform;
• Interruptions to platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical repairs, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or telecommunications failures;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security;
• Errors, delays, or failures in payment processing attributable to third-party payment service providers including GCash, Maya, or Philippine banking institutions;
• Game outcome results, which are determined by certified RNG systems or live dealer mechanics and are outside 789e's direct control once initiated.

Where 789e's liability cannot be excluded by law, 789e's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from or related to the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date the claim arises.

In the event of a dispute between you and 789e arising from your use of the platform, the following resolution process applies:

1. Step 1 — Internal Resolution: Contact 789e support via live chat or email at [email protected] with a clear description of the dispute, the relevant date(s) and game(s), your account username, and any supporting documentation. 789e will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and endeavor to provide a final response within 7 business days.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with 789e's internal resolution, you may request that the matter be escalated to 789e's designated Compliance Officer. You will receive a written decision within 14 business days of escalation.
3. Step 3 — PAGCOR: If the dispute remains unresolved following the internal escalation process, you may refer the matter to PAGCOR through its official player dispute resolution procedures. 789e fully cooperates with PAGCOR investigations and is bound by PAGCOR's decisions on gaming disputes.

All disputes must be submitted within ninety (90) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Claims submitted after this period may not be entertained.

789e reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion, subject to the following:

• Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via email and/or a prominent platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulatory direction, or urgent security considerations;
• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision;
• Your continued use of the 789e platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure;
• Amendments do not apply retroactively to bets or transactions already settled before the effective date of the amendment.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to:

• Republic Act No. 9487 (National Lottery Authority Charter) and applicable PAGCOR enabling legislation;
• Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations;
• Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001) as amended;
• Republic Act No. 8484 (Access Devices Regulation Act of 1998) to the extent applicable to electronic transactions;
• The PAGCOR Online Gaming Regulatory Framework and all applicable issuances, circulars, and guidelines of PAGCOR.

Any legal action or proceeding arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines — the location of PAGCOR's principal offices — or such other venue as PAGCOR may designate for online gaming disputes.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under Philippine law, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
